Salem, North
Nicole Nevan is a board certified Psychiatric/Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with over a decade of behavioral health experience across inpatient, outpatient, and residential settings. Her nursing experience includes but is not limited to more than 3 years with Cascadia Behavioral Health, where she worked with residents diagnosed with severe mental illnesses and 4 years in an inpatient setting with Legacy Health, where she cross-trained in working with adolescents in crisis. Nicole brings a passion for trauma-informed, patient-centered care for patients from diverse backgrounds and life circumstances and excels in patient education and engagement. She has a Doctorate in Nursing Practice from Rush University, specializing in psychiatric/mental health across the lifespan.

Tracy Sloat has over thirty years of nursing experience, including 5 years as a critical care nurse at a VA Medical Center, 3 years as a maternal child health nurse in rural Bangladesh, 15 years as a public health nurse in Arizona, and 2 years as the Executive Director of the local National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) affiliate in Phoenix. Each of these experiences played a formative role in her journey to becoming a psychiatric/mental health nurse practitioner. Tracy’s goal is to provide psychiatric care that is holistic in nature as she encourages clients towards their personal goals. Tracy has a Master’s in Advance Practice Community Health Nursing from the University of Washington and a Doctorate in Nursing, specializing in psychiatric/mental health across the lifespan from Arizona State University.

Ingrid is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP BC), with additional certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH C). She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the College of St. Scholastica and bring a breadth of clinical experience across diverse healthcare settings. Before joining Options, Ingrid provided comprehensive psychiatric care in both inpatient and outpatient settings—most notably at Dartmouth Medical Center and HealthFirst Family Care Center. Her experience also includes managing complex, persistent mental health conditions and has presented award winning work on non suicidal self injury at state and national conferences.
