We accept Oregon Health Plan, health insurance, and, discounted/sliding scale fee agreements based on family size and income. Options will not deny access to services based on inability to pay. Our talented behavioral health team aims to assist individuals and families with reaching goals, managing emotions, healing from trauma, and more.
TherapiesOptions behavioral health providers are trained in a variety of therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Play Therapy, and more. Overall, our team approaches therapy in a trauma-informed, ethical manner and aims to create an environment in which all people feel safe and respected.

Insurance CoverageAs a courtesy to our clients, we will check coverage and bill insurance for the services we provide to you. Though we check your benefits before your first visit, we also encourage clients to contact their insurance carrier to verify coverage before the start of services.
Please note: the co-pay for mental health services may be different from the co-pay for general health care, so please consider checking with your insurance provider to avoid any surprises.
