I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Oregon. In my work with children, teens, and adults, I believe that my clients are the experts on their lives. I aim to provide a space for people to learn and grow in their own unique ways. I approach therapeutic work from a strengths-based, relational perspective, and use various therapy models (EMDR, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, etc.) according to the needs of my clients. As a therapist, I blend my life experiences (as a wife, mother, and multicultural woman) with my therapeutic skills to serve people. I thoroughly enjoy working with clients of various ages, cultural identities, and lived realities to facilitate self-exploration and relational wellness.

I believe all human beings have an ability to grow and evolve in ways that enable them to better accept past challenges, navigate present circumstances, and cultivate more satisfying futures. Underpinning this belief is my faith in collaborative therapy as an effective tool for accessing that ability and for enabling clients to live meaningful lives informed by their own strengths and values. As a therapist, my approach to using that tool is an integrative one inspired by behavioral, existential, and mindfulness principles. My goal in working together will be to assist you in exploring who you have been, who you are, and who you aspire to become. Through such exploration, I trust that your personal path to authentic well-being, satisfaction, and self-understanding can be revealed.

I believe that every individual is deserving of an abundant life. The families we are born into, the families we create, the communities we live in, and other life circumstances sometimes make it hard to be at peace and achieve the goals that we have set for ourselves. Time with a counselor can help individuals hear their inner voice, gain the strength needed to make course corrections, and restore the sense of joy and purpose that are sometimes lacking in our daily lives. In our work together, I will be using a person-centered approach to connect with you, and techniques from several evidence-based practices to help you achieve your definition of wellness.

I am a Professional Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oregon. I aim to provide a safe, consistent space to build trust and collaborate with clients to meet their desired mental health goals. Art therapy engages the mind, body, and spirit in integrative ways that are distinct from verbal articulation alone. No client needs to be an “artist” to engage-- often it works out better if one is not! In our work together we may use any media you are comfortable trying out, which could be as simple as collecting leaves or making slime. We can also just do talk therapy if you prefer. My prior experience includes providing individual and group support to children, teens, adults and families in various settings including a retirement center, children’s hospital, children’s day treatment, and as a school-based counselor with Native youth. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach tailored to each client.
