Sometimes life can feel like everyone has the same manual on how to proceed, except for you. You may sometimes feel lost, stuck, hurt, or overwhelmed. It can be challenging to navigate those things in a society that praises those who can just tough it out. In reality, courage is shown by those who are open to being vulnerable as true bravery comes from facing our fears. My goal is to provide you with a safe, judgment-free space to do exactly that. As your counselor, I’ll be honored to support you throughout our time together with empathy, grace, and patience. I work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, so come as you are.
